See the world's most tested Bride...

For the first time in the world, we are recording the first $1 billion dollars wedding and guess what?
This beautiful Bride was sought for 4 years before she finally won the #littlemissperfectBride and here are some of the criteria used for judging her.
1. She's not anywhere on social media
2. She has no instagram account
3. She's 20years old.
4. She has no other business other than her study which is to end up being a dentist.
5. To ice the above criteria, she's a Virgin.
How amazing isn't it? I guess if this test was to be conducted anywhere close to Nigeria, most ladies would fail mostly in the social media aspect. Who know wan get likes for IG and Facebook....Lol but we wish a happy one and hope her marriage lasts longer than her $1billion dollars wedding.

Still on the #WeddingGarter.....

Before the Easter hols, we started on the wedding garter series and why it's in vogue. We defined it as a strap that Brides wear to hold up the stockings and the groom is supposed to remove it with his teeth from under her dress at the reception. So if this is the trend, tell me how comfy would you feel if your hubby does this to you at the wedding. Is this a part of our tradition in Nigeria? Post your comments and thoughts here.

Preferred Wedding Season part 1......

As a Nigerian, it's almost impossible not to see wedding cars ply the major roads during major festivities like Christmas, Easter and even New year and this is prolly because my fellow Nigerians think this is the best time to fix such dates cos of family members and some even say they'd get gifts at that time as people are always willing to give out extras during this period. But is this true??
Well, this would come in series and you can feel free to drop your comments here. #TeamWeddingGraces wishes you a splendid Easter in advance.

What is a wedding garter? #BridesReaduphere

The western culture seeping in more into our culture, i'm so sure a lot of people out of curiosity like me have wondered why some grooms look for "something" under the Bride's dress during their reception. So #TeamWeddingGraces decided to do a research about what men look for and here's what we found out:
That it is called a "wedding garter or suspender".
A wedding garter is used to hold up stockings on the Bride's legs, so wearing it on either of the legs is correct, some Brides love to wear two so they can toss one and keep the other.
More to come on the subject of the wedding garter.....
